Hi I’m Lizzy, the owner of Lift with Lizzy! I am an online health and fitness coach who specializes in strength training, nutrition, and overall physique development for optimal fat loss and muscle gain.
After battling my way through immense misinformation in the health and fitness industry, I quickly realized how many others were also falsely led down a dark path of chronic undereating and obsessive relationships with food and the gym.
I became so passionate about helping others in the hopes I could prevent other people from struggling the way I did at the start of my fitness journey.
I fell in love with fitness 10 years ago and went on to obtain my Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, and become a health & fitness coach.
I make health & fitness topics easily understandable for the average gym goer or fitness enthusiast and this is what allows my clients to gain the knowledge and confidence they need to continue excelling on their own fitness journey.
I advocate fitness should integrate with your life, not take over your life OR take away from your life. Trust me, it’s possible. Balance and flexibility is key.
