I’m an online health and fitness coach who’s here to help you lose fat, gain muscle, and feel your most confident self—without sacrificing date nights, brunch, or happy hour (because, let’s be real, life’s too short for that!).

After navigating through endless fitness fads and misinformation, I quickly realized how many people, like me, were stuck in the cycle of undereating, overtraining, and feeling burnt out.
My mission? To help you find balance—where fitness fits into your life, not the other way around.

I believe you can be fit and still enjoy your social life. I’m all about teaching you how to lose fat while living life to the fullest—whether that’s grabbing pizza, indulging in cookies, or going out for a few drinks. No more all-or-nothing mentality.

With over 10 years of fitness experience, a degree in Exercise Science from GWU, and hundreds of clients under my belt, I launched Lift with Lizzy in 2020 to help women just like you break free from restrictive diets and exhausting routines.
My clients gain confidence not just in the gym, but in everyday life—and they do it while still enjoying their favorite foods and activities.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me enjoying an espresso martini or IPA, out on a hot girl walk, having a dance party, or savoring some delicious food. I’m a born-and-raised New Yorker now loving life in sunny Tampa, so I love the beach!
