The program and what it includes:
Strength Training Workouts: a comprehensive 4 day split of strength training for 8 weeks. You will move through different muscle groups everyday throughout the week to ensure we create a balanced physique overall.

-2 rest days, 1 cardio day

-1 rest days, 2 cardio days
